The nature of the equipment we stock and the mistrust we know a lot of people have for "on-line" ordering schemes (and maybe our reluctance to pay someone to do it for us!) means we implement the good ol' fashioned e-mail, fax, or 'phone ordering methods, for the time being at least. Well, at least it retains the "human contact" element which we enjoy!!

What you need to know ...

* All our prices include UK VAT at 15% - if you are from outside the EC, divide the price by 1.15 to get the export price.
Not all the products we sell are available for export.

* Despatch is free within the UK for orders of new equipment or cables over £70.
All other orders (small orders, overseas orders, or secondhand equipment) will be charged at cost.

* We offer a 2 year guarantee on new equipment (with the usual exceptions such as certain components like valves or stylii, and excluding wear and tear).
We will not be responsible for collecting faulty equipment for service, or returning it afterwards (except under exceptional circumstances), even under guarantee - it has to be returned to us. (Overseas customers take especial note of this, as shipping costs can be considerable for a two-way round trip.)

We have considerable experience of mail order both within the UK. and overseas, and are very concerned that you get what you ordered quickly, in one piece, and that you're happy with it.

What we need to know ...

* Exactly what you want, including the mains voltage required for your country.

* An accurate delivery address, a billing address for credit card orders, and as many ways of contacting you as possible should the need arise.

* If you are not in the UK, please contact us before sending payment as we have to calculate shipping etc.

Errors & Omissions ...

Everybody makes mistakes occasionally including us. We will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction if the fault is clearly ours, but ultimately we disclaim liability for any consequences arising from mistakes in information. Most product specifications on this site come from manufacturer's literature, and this is obviously beyond our control. We will not be liable to sell an item at an erroneous price, but will be accommodating of small errors or changes. Any errors despatching goods are clearly ours and we will rectify them as soon as possible.
